Product quality is not up to industry standards and the site lacks some options to customize the size of printing. Not recommended for the price. Go ahead if you are short of time and don't care about the quality.

YourSurprise has a wide range of beautiful and good quality products. Super easy and user friendly to personalize. The delivery was extremely fast as well, and I was really pleased with the end product. It looks just like in the pictures!
Their customer service team is really good as well, they follow up with you really fast and are helpful.
Would totally recommend!

I have a bad experience with them. I wanted to send a gift to my DAD for Father's day. One of the things is that they gave the delivery date 18-20 June and of course the parcel is still not at my Dad. The worse the info they gave me and what is the reality are not the same. I got the follow-up link and it shows DHL-courier company- will deliver the parcel, then I received an email from the post office that they will deliver it. They said the recipient closed-my Dad works, he is not at home during the day, when post officer delivers-and nothing was there, also I saw they interrupted the delivery, and today morning I got an email about the parcel is left at the post office, he can go and take it. What is this service? Courier company and post office are not the same. I send a gift to my Dad home and a receiver has to go to take? I just hope at least the product will not be poor at least. It was the first and last I ordered from this company. Shame on them!

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered a thermal cup for my partner for Father’s Day with photos of him and our daughter together. My daughter was heartbroken on Father’s Day when she gave him the gift only to find the cup covered in photos of another family and their children probably meaning another family had pictures of my children on their cup which I find appalling!
I understand errors can be made but no offer of a refund or any apology! Terrible service I do not recommend

I ordered 4 photo keychains and one of the keychain was delivered without the photo. Not able to return the products and they suggest I make a purchase again with discount. I am not happy with the service. They keep suggesting to make new purchase or another product. I already made a purchase of 51 euro and that had an issue which they don’t want to solve. I tried to reorder the photo keychain, paid for it and this time the delivery is scheduled from a pick up point. I am disappointed with the service and never ordering again.

The glasses I ordered were so poorly packed that half of them were completely crushed. Got a new delivery and then they were exactly the same.
There was no mark on the box that they should be handled with care.
Very strange!
The glasses were intended as a student gift. Everything was delayed. It was said that they offered the shipping on the second delivery. As if it were a compensation and not a matter of course!!
Does not recommend ordering glass from this company.

I ordered a personalised champagne bottle. Delivery was really fast but unfortunately when it came, the label had scratches across the picture. I thought there would have been some protective plastic on the label to prevent this, disappointed as it would have been an amazing gift if it was packaged more carefully.

The quality/color of the products did not match the description and our expectations.
And since these are custom made products they do not take any return.

Quite disappointed with my purchase, I will not buy anything from there again.
